AWIM is a program sponsored by the SAE Foundation that brings Engineers into the classroom to get Elementary and Junior High students excited about math and science working with 'hands on' projects. This year SAE is introducing new projects for grades K-3. WE will be piloting these programs in the Phoenix area during the 2011-2012 school year. If you would like more information, or would like to volunteer, go to www.awim.org or contact Don Robins at drobins1137@msn.com |
